Are You a Master Or a Slave of Your Ego?

Many people I see as a practitioner and as a teacher traveling close and far are suffering mostly from low self-esteem. Many sicknesses branch out from diminishing self-worth, self-esteem and luck of trust in yourself.

We live in very strange times. It is a time filled with confusion, self-doubts etc. However, also a time, which allows people on a massive scale to enter on a new path for spiritual development. In this time we must break free from controlling role of Ego. If so, we must also realize what is the role of Ego and self-esteem in our live. Do we need to live by the rules of high self-esteem, high expectations, high income, high everything? Do we want to be a part of a permanent race to win, win, win?

Maybe the other option would be to accept ourselves and the life around us, commit to be better and better every day, but do it slowly, with faith, commitment and dedication? Personally – I struggle with it. I do run against time. I do push things to go my way, according to my plan. But, at least I am aware of that, and I do believe that it is the very first, important step toward success.

To hear your own thoughts.

To stay with peace inside and love for people around.

To be the best light being possible.

All of the above can be achieved slowly, patiently and gracefully.

I do my best to do that. Will you join me?
