All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and insurance.
If, for any reason shipment with tracking and insurance is not available for your destination we will contact you to offer alternative shipping arrangements.

We can also contact you regarding any additional charges before shipping your order if the package is particularly heavy or large.

The approximate time for shipping is:

North America: 5 - 10 business days
Europe: about 2 weeks
Other countries: about 2 - 3 weeks

If you require Express Post or a courier please contact us for a shipping options.

Custom and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applicable in a destination country.

Return Policy

All claims for shortages and breakage must be approved before any credit will be issued.

A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted for product returns. In case of clients wishing to exchange products, clients are responsible for all shipping costs (for shipping returned and replacement products).

No credits will be issued if we are not notified within 10 days of delivery.
