Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Shipments are sent twice a week: Monday & Thursday.

 

Shipping flat charges are based on the cost of a USPS bubble mailer envelope 5" x 10" :

• The USA - First Class Mail

• Outside USA - First Class International

• Canada - Canada Post services.

 

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and insurance.

 

If, for any reason, shipment with tracking and insurance is not available for your destination, we will contact you to offer alternative shipping arrangements. We can also contact you regarding any additional charges before shipping your order if the package is particularly heavy or large..

 

The approximate time for shipping is:

• North America: 5 - 10 business days

• Europe: about 2 weeks

• Other countries: about 2 - 3 weeks

 

If you require Express Post or a courier, please get in touch with us for shipping options.

Custom and  Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applicable in a destination country.

RETURN POLICY.

Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your business and hope you are satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below..

 

Return Request Process

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the item and packaging with your return request email so we can review the issue promptly.

Non-Defective Returns

If the product is being returned because it no longer suits your needs or preferences:

• A 15% restocking fee will apply.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Authorization & Shipping

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.

Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return authorization.

We only accept returns shipped through:

• Canada Post (Canada)

• USPS (United States)

• Local postal services for international returns

All returns must include a valid tracking number as proof of shipment and delivery.

Important Shipping Notice

We do not accept courier deliveries. Any return sent through courier services will be refused and returned to the sender.
