ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Log in to your account or create one. Then, browse the site, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to confirm your shipping address and select a payment method before submitting your order.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery. Digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are also accepted.

How do I know if my order was successful?
Look for an order confirmation email or a confirmation page after submitting your order. The email or page will typically contain your order number and details of your purchase. If you don't receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct or cancel your order.

How do I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

What should I do if I didn't receive an order confirmation?
Please contact us using our contact us page so we can check the status of the order.

Product return
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to assist you! Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all product returns. If you choose to exchange products, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and shipping the replacement. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it for a different product, or request a refund to your original payment method.

For returns due to shortages or breakage, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be approved before any credit or refund can be issued.

USA - we use the US Postal Service
Canada - Canada Post / GTA GSM logistic service
International shipments- we partner with the shipping company PostNL

What is the estimated delivery time?
North America: 5–10 business days
Europe: approximately 2 weeks
Other countries: about 2 to 3 weeks

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the order weight, dimensions and destination. Free shipping is available for USA AND CANADA orders over $195.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many international locations. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We need to update your shipping address before the order ships.
