ON MISSION FOR NUTRITION (Preparation for Celebration) In November most of us, women, starts to think: O, my, it's November already - how do I want to look for New Years Eve Parties? Christmas Parties? Panic, anxiety, search for new diet or miracle recepie for amazing look! Some of us do not care much about how we look outside, but concentrate on your inner-being. Well - both groups have something in common. It is what to eat to look and feel great? How to enhance our life through eating sensible and right? Sue Herd specializes in Nutrition. She will explain most common mistakes we make in assessing diet type and eating strategy. I know Sue for quite a number of years and her very "down-to-Earth" approach to nutrition amazes me every time we talk. Join us for the evening of undesrtanding yourself literally from inside-out!
