Re-birth

In the part of the world I live in which is North America, we are supposed to be enjoy Spring by now. Well – not really yet!

There is magic in Spring when all the nature comes back to life: trees faintly begin to show buds, flowers try to survive strong and cold winds etc. How amazing it is to see a life force coming into full speed. Regardless of temperature and amount of sunlight we get, Spring is and always will be the perfect exemplification of rebirthing. The process takes place even though we definitely experience a shift of the time of each season; life catches up with those changes and prevails.

Isn’t there a similar process with people? Not without a reason we are considered the most advanced creatures on this planet. We, as humans, may differ in our perception of reality we experience and it can be presented differently by different people depending on our level of awareness, but one is for sure: we also go through the process of rebirthing many times in our life and each of them seems to be “the fist”, “the only” and much different then any other before.

I would like to refer to inner and outer reality and their rebirthings. Inner rebirthing is like a river. With every meander of our life, when we hit the hard spot or a wall and are able to overcome predicaments, we feel new, rejuvenated, rebirthed – hence stronger and better. A similar process also takes place (and almost automatically) with our energetic system – every seven (nine in fact, but those additional two years are for re-formatting and adaptation time) we begin a new cycle: from first chakra to the seventh, every year is different depending on the qualities of ruling chakra. After finishing the whole cycle we rebirth energetically to begin a new one, and a new one, and a new one. Until the end of our life…

Outer rebirthing is totally different – every cell of our body dies and rebirth itself over the cycle of seven (or nine as some of us believe) years. A similar process takes place in our social life. If you would look back in your own life and observe changes you will see that every seven to nine years we change our life’s attitude and, consequently, people around us. Those people do not have to “disappear”, but often our perception of them and their role in our life shifts. Statistics shows that people divorce mostly after seven years of marriage or multiplication of seven. Another example: Frist approach to schooling, called grade school, use to take seven years – now it takes eight in most countries as this one year makes a difference in children in their over-all maturity. After words there is another cycle connected with higher education: high school and college (or University) takes another eight to nine years.

Whenever we go, whatever we do one cycle is never enough: we begin, then mature and begin again and mature again. It does not matter if it is school, work (where we get promoted and begin new cycle) or relationship (friends, lovers, couples, parents, grandparents etc.) life is a cycle of rebirthing and completion. Some call it cycle of life. I see it as an ever-rotating vortex in which we periodically begin a new circle, always on a higher level of our development. We spiral up and up beginning seemingly the same with different experiences, wisdom, self-awareness and spirituality. That’s how people, as well as nature, the world and our universe constantly grows and expands. That’s how life forces express themselves through us.

The main problem for us is how to grow together. The process is never easy and done with a different speed for each of us, so we should support each other and encourage each other to do better. This is a true sign of growth for me. What do you think?
